The formation of word-formation competence of secondary language personality

The article discusses the possibility of teaching the productive word formation in the process of forming the secondary linguistic personality as a means of expanding vocabulary and consolidate spelling skills when learning a second language in the environment of the target language. The article is addressed to all teachers teaching Russian language to foreign military personnel.
