Social responsibility in higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia

Vocational education is an important part in cadets in universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs training. The author examines the ethical standards of law enforcement officials, analyzes the regulatory framework. The feature of «social responsibility» as an ethical category and the behavioral reaction of the professional activities of law enforcement officials is highlighted. The essence and structure of scientific and methodological organization of the process of formation of social responsibility in universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs are presented.
