Developing of sociocultural competence as a part of communicative competence during basic general education

This article deals with the significance of the developing of sociocultural competence during the process of teaching foreign languages. One of the main goals of modern education is to make students have a competent knowledge of cultural dialogue. Therefore, developing of basic sociolinguistic, cultural, socio-psychological, linguistic-cultural knowledge should be in conjunction with other key competences.
