The structuring of the monitoring indexes in the complementary vocational training

The Complementary Vocational Training can serve as a tool to improve the regional socio-economic efficiency. The study and regulation of the vocational training system requires the differentiation of monitoring indexes and indicators; monitoring is the major method for vocational training analysis. The paper focuses on the general guidelines in blocks structuring with indicators, which describe the internal processes in the complementary vocational training. In addition, the the authors explain the influence of external factors on the vocational training system and the impact of the training on the socio-economic situation in the region.
