The formation of the strategy of diversification of organizations in the innovation economic development

The article analyzes the development of innovations and their impact on the competitiveness of organizations in contemporary conditions. The indicators of development of innovation activity in Russia are considered in the article and there are revealed issues of innovation development of Russian companies. The analyses of the definitions of strategy and diversification was carried and there are highlighted the main types of diversification strategies. The interrelation between diversification strategy and the innovation development of enterprises, as well as the advantages of a diversified enterprise is demonstrated.
