The article discusses the concept of strategy, its types and methods of implementation. The connection between the levels of strategies and the areas of their application is shown, and as a consequence the formation of hierarchical levels. The key importance of the project strategy is considered. In the course of the work, the following types of strategies were identified: corporate, business, functional, operational. Next, the principles of building a project strategy were considered and the stages of the process were structured, such as using an integrated method, determining the timing of implementation, market analysis, and the significance of the project. The parameters by which the strategy is selected have been determined. The cycle of development of the project strategy is shown schematically.
