Formation of a strategy for the development of the region’s industry based on the principles of the mobilization economy

The article substantiates the relevance of research on the development of strategies for the development of the industrial sector of the economy of the regions of Russia in the conditions of destabilizing environmental factors. The key principles of the mobilization economy are considered and the necessity of their use in the conditions of a special military operation by Russia is justified. A conceptual scheme for the formation of strategies for the industrial sector of the regional economy in the context of new geopolitical realities and the strengthening of the sanctions policy of Western countries is proposed.
