New strategies of investigation of crimes based on the provisions of electronic criminalistics

The article explores the current theoretical and applied problems of investigating crimes in the context of the information and technological development of society, the criminalization of information offenses. Changes in the Criminal Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure make it necessary to develop information technology, tactical, methodological and organizational bases for the investigation of cybercrime, which constitute the content of new strategies for investigating electronic forensics. The provisions of the new strategies should ensure the effectiveness of the preliminary investigation bodies in the conditions of digitalization of society.
