The researches were conducted in 2015-2016 in Research Institute of Agriculture of Crimea. The purpose of the researches was to determine the formation of structural elements of the essential oil yield depending on the cultivation conditions. There were used 127 samples of coriander. There were allocated three clusters on essential oil yield: high-, medium-, and low productive. It was found out that the oil yield depended largely on the yield (r = 0.90) and a less - on weight fraction of essential oil (r = 0.25). The samples both with a stable type of formation of essential oil yield and samples which can keep their high productivity by changing their type of formation under the adverse conditions were selected, they are: 30031, 30051, 30052, 30065, 30067, 30097, 30098, 10139, 30425, 30439, 30508, 30558, 30577, 30580, 30618, and 30650. Also there were allocated samples (30606, 30615, 30628, 30629, 30647, 30653, and 330655) which are responsive to the improvement of environmental conditions (under improved weather conditions they increased to the first cluster). The researches proved the necessity of development of new varieties which under the different weather conditions will be able to provide a stable yield of oil.
