Formation of the structure of the wood industry complex on the basis of a systemic approach and synchronization of goals and tasks

Historically wood industry played an important role in the development of Russia due to it’s economic and strategic potential. However, nowadays, despite it’s special role, the wood industry is in a state of deep stagnation, conceding it’s role to economically, politically, strategically and investment-attractive sectors of the oil and gas industries.. The key problem lies not in the absence of systemic nature, but rather in the incomprehension of the needs of building a full-fledged wood industry complex system, which leads to an unsatisfactory level of implementation and quality of public and private programs and projects.
