Development of tolerant relations in a mahalla

The article deals with the mahalla institution, the legal framework of which is established in Uzbekistan, its status is ratified in the Constitution, the tasks and functions are clearly defined in the national legislation concerning the self-government bodies. The author considers the contribution of the head of Uzbekistan, who put forward a number of important initiatives aimed at further enhancing of the mahalla''s role in the society. The importance of mahalla and family in the development of youth''s tolerance is emphasized.
