The article examines the process of formation of educational and research competencies among schoolchildren when performing network projects of physical content. The current issues of the integration of theory and practice, the development of critical thinking and analytical abilities of students are considered. Methodological approaches and their impact on the effectiveness of the educational process are analyzed. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of network projects for preparing students for independent scientific activity and adaptation to the conditions of the modern world. The model and its stages are also considered, which takes into account the specifics of networking, modern technology and the needs of students in developing research skills.
