Forming student’s ability to foresee implications for a human being and natural environment arising from occupational operation

The paper considers an issue of basic ideas, principles of the concept «environmental literacy and cultural background formation» for students of higher education. Solution of this problem is intended to form in students a perception of the world and world outlook of public and personal significance as a framework of personal, ethnic, national and universal values. United efforts in putting into practice those approaches represent the whole innovative strategy of civilization upbringing of students in academic environment.
