Creation of universal educational activities in primary general education in conditions of standardization of education

In present paper main changes happening in Russian education are considered. It is noted that their changes are connected with the fact that not only "knowledge" but "knowledge in action" comes first. The main requirement of the modern Russian state standard of education was the promotion of the concept of universal learning activities. As a result, it is concluded that, to date, there are a number of proven techniques. Thanks to them, the teacher can achieve the set goal: "to teach to learn.
