The formation of the criminal-legal system of the union state of Russia and Belarus

The article is examined the formation of legal space and criminal-legal system of the Union State of Russia and Belarus. In the paper it is noted that the formation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) does not reduce relevance and importance of the Union State as a unique integrative uniting on the post-Soviet space. The authors are analyzed the issues associated with construction of the legal system of the Union State, including the system of criminal legislation of the Union State and member-states, as a matter of experience of the Soviet Union and the United States of America.
