The contradiction modern schools, based on introduction in educational process of mutually exclusive requirements of a humanisation and technological training is revealed. The way of the decision of the given problem through technological formations of estimated activity of the students, promoting formation of pupils as subjects of the doctrine is offered. One of technological stages - formation of abilities of planning is considered.
