Formation of interpersonal interaction skills as an element of the social and personal competence of the future primary school teacher

The problem of preparing future primary school teachers for interaction with various social institutions is considered. The purpose of the article is to draw the attention of pedagogical universities to the relevance of the formation of interpersonal interaction skills among future teachers as an element of social and personal competence. The content of the training course “Fundamentals of Social and Personal Competence of a Primary School Teacher”, its role in the formation of the considered skills of future primary school teachers is presented. The results of the intermediate stage of the study conducted by the authors are presented.
