Developing the teachers’ ability to design programs of pedagogical activity during the design of the main educational program of general educational institution

The article describes the basic teacher competence in designing pedagogical activity programs and pedagogical decision making when preparing main educational program of the basic general education. In the article is determined status of the main educational program of basic general education in accordance with the Federal law “On education in the Russian Federation”. Recommendations for compiling the main educational program of basic general education of educational institution are given.The article provides normative and methodological bases for designing basic curriculum of basic general education; reveals approaches to design main educational program sections. In article is given the basic teachers competence in designing programs of educational activities and pedagogical decisions, recommendations for content filling of the main educational program of basic general education. This article discusses requirements for the teaching staff psychological competence as there are requirements for the first time not only for the results of the learning and pupils personal development, but also for the teachers ability to find their "niche" in the creation of the main educational program of basic general education of educational institution.
