Formation the administrative decisions on the bases of analysis the hospital lethality at versatile hospital

Results of studying the indicator of hospital lethality from 2002 for 2011, and also structures of the dead patients on the basis of analysis the 250 medical records of patients at versatile hospital are presented in article. It is established that growth of indicator of hospital lethality for the specified period is caused mainly by beds of surgical profile, the emergency nature of hospitalization, existence accompanying (including multiple) pathologies at a large number of patients. From total number of the analyzed cards of inpatients on the majority (84,6%) of them there were remarks, including in 17,6% of cases the remark concerned a pre-hospital stage (late hospitalization). The conducted research confirmed need and importance of systematic work on improvement the quality of medical care for a hospital, including by doctors of various specialties professional development.
