Formation of organization's management team: the basic stages of selection process, training and practical preparation of reserve group

Article is devoted to questions of selection, training and development of candidates for executive positions, having training preparation in reserve group of managers in the modern industrial enterprises. The sequence of actions in the course of training and personnel development during the formation of a reserve of middle-level executive personnel is presented, main principles, methods, recommendations and stages of training process are stated, some organizational and socially-psychological aspects of work of human resource services specialists with candidates of reserve group are reported.
