Development of management culture of students - future teachers

The article proves the importance of management culture development of future teachers in the course of their training in higher school. The author discusses the nature and the structure of teachers' management culture, justify the possibility of application of the management theory styles in educational management (the democratic style is recognized as the most effective in educational activities). It is shown, that the development of the management culture of future teachers is inseparably associated with the development of their teaching skills (both during their study in the university and later in the course of professional activity).
