Formation of the conditions for the growth of property taxes and levies for the local budget

The authors considered the conditions for growth of local property taxes and levies on the basis of the analysis of the cadastral register use in Russia and overseas. The authors concluded that it is necessary to use relevant technology platform of the geoinformation systems (GIS). It is substantiated that the use of GIS contributes to the increase in budget revenues by identifying the reserves of taxable bases.
