Development of stable citizenship of future employees of the correctional system in the context of student-centered approach

The article studies some aspects of the formation of stable citizenship of students in higher schools under the Federal Service for the Execution of Sentences in the framework of the student-centered approach. It is stated that the deep transformations taking place in the penitentiary system at the present stage, determine new conditions, in which a young professional has to work. It is noted that the deep legal knowledge, understanding and belief in the rule of law, protection of their and others' rights and interests are the professionally important characteristics of future employees of the correctional system.
