In modern conditions of development, there is a whole range of activities aimed at modernizing social networks, including the development and modernization of internal organizations, with the aim of improving the quality of the tasks. The article describes the personnel reserve of the organization in modern conditions. Special attention is paid to the principles and principles of forming a reserve framework within organizations.
