Formation of the educational environment of professional educational organizations: main trends

The problem of improving educational work in secondary vocational education, which is relevant in the context of modern challenges, is discussed. Based on the analysis of documents regulating the organization of the educational process and scientific publications of recent years, the authors define patriotism as an essential characteristic of the emerging educational environment, which is understood as a set of conditions implemented in professional educational organizations for the deployment of the educational process, and highlight the properties of this environment: level, openness and dynamism. The annual monitoring of the implementation of educational work programs in the organizations of secondary vocational education in the Chelyabinsk region conducted by the authors allows us to state the development of elements of the educational environment and an increase in the number of students involved with the help of these elements in positive activities that allow them to be socially active and improve the general competencies and such personal qualities provided for by the Federal State Educational Standard like patriotism, citizenship, responsibility. The authors suppose that an adviser on education and interaction with children’s public associations could be the moderator of the educational environment in professional educational organizations (after appropriate advanced training).
