Formation of a positive socio-psychological climate in the bodies local government

The article is devoted to the actual problem of formation of a favorable social and psychological climate, one of the decisive factors in improving the efficiency of employees of municipal authorities, an important indicator of social development of the workforce and psychological reserves, to promote its full implementation. The diagnosis of the socio-psychological climate of the team of MCU "Regional organizational and methodological center of culture"was carried out. On its basis, a set of measures to improve the socio-psychological climate in MCU was developed.
