The article deals with the application of the environment oriented approach to organizing and managing integrative and dynamic sports activities in educational institutions, indirect control of students’ physical self-development and self-expression through the impact on its (environment) components. The principles and mechanisms of interaction of educational process subjects are revealed. The matters of encouraging students’ independence and activity are high-lighted. The methods of organization of students’ activities at the physical education classes are analyzed.
