Formulation of recommendations on optimal shaping schemes and processing modes aimed at improving the surface quality of screw parts

The article discusses approaches to the development of optimal shaping schemes and processing modes for screw parts in order to improve their surface quality. The research is based on the analysis of modern processing methods, including turning, milling and grinding operations. The simulation results and theoretical data confirming the effectiveness of the proposed recommendations are presented. Therefore, the intensive development of metal forming and processing technologies requires a revision of traditional approaches and the development of new, optimized schemes that can ensure higher accuracy and improved performance characteristics of products.
