The article analyses the necessity of purposeful application of organizational forms of education, that are the outer side of the process of perfection of the musical teachers professional training, and methods, consisting it's inner contents. The review is given to the organizational forms and methods, that are relevant in contemporary practice, and that differ according to the aims of final result.
