Forms and methods of confidential relations impact on intellectual capital quality improvement of an enterprise

The article examines the forms and methods of impact on increasing the level of knowledge and core competencies of intel- lectual capital of a modern enterprise. Thus, it focuses on new methodological concepts of analysis; the article author proposes an original subject-object structure of this impact, discusses the endogenous and exogenous aspects of the impact of trust on individual, network and corporate intellectual capital. The methodological framework of the article is the uniformity of structural-genetic and functional analysis of this issue. Scientific novelty underlines in the specification of the system of the subject and object in the study of forms and methods of impact of the trust on the intellectual capital of an enterprise. In ad- dition, new is a reproduction of the view of the evolution issue, including the uniformity of forms, methods and indicators of the impact of confidential relations on improving the quality of intellectual capital of an enterprise. Scientific-practical value of the conclusions of this paper is to feasibility study of necessity and to specify the structure of capital investments in the reconstruction of the system of corporate confidential relations.
