Forms and strategy of adaptation of labor immigrants in Baikal region

On the basis of the spent researches in region forms and strategies of the adaptation of external labor migrants are revealed. Research of foreign workers was carried out mainly on groups: hired workers and businessman. Individual strategies of adaptation of immigrants are studied also. Strategies of adaptation of immigrants are considered in dependence of type of countries-exits and residing time in an accepting society.
