The forms of specific knowledge application in criminal proceedings

The article deals with the possible forms of specific knowledge application in criminal proceedings. The author considers if it is possible to use legal knowledge as specific knowledge in complex areas of law. It is concluded that the use of additional arguments (conclusions, opinions, advices of legal scholars who have knowledge in narrow and complex areas of law) will help the law enforcers to take a lawful, reasonable and fair decision.
