Business organization forms of financial and industrial groups of the oil industry in the EEU

The article discusses in detail such forms of business organization as holdings, financial and industrial enterprises (FIE), as well as financial and industrial groups (FIG). The essence of each form is fully revealed. The degree of state involvement, tools for supporting and regulating the activities of the FIG are determined. The main goals of the organization of financial and industrial groups, their features, as well as examples of real FIG are considered.
