Forms of exercise of sovereignty - the basis of sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic

To determine the state of state sovereignty and the sovereignty of the people, a political and legal analysis of their determination by the level of development of democratic institutions, the interdependence of the state of the sovereignty of the people and democracy, and the relationship between these political and legal phenomena is necessary. The article discusses the forms of exercise of sovereignty in the Kyrgyz Republic.
