Spiritual values is the concentration of the culture of behavior of each individual. Their formation can be influenced by interests, environment, family, as well as cultural institutions that a person visits. The museum is a place where the history and culture of the past is kept. It is a guide from art and events to the modern visitor. But it is more and more difficult to satisfy the selective taste, which is disposed to receive positive emotions in an easy, interesting, playful way. In addition, it is difficult for a modern museum to get rid of the well-established "boring" selfimage. To do this, museum workers attract the latest technologies to the sphere, supplement the existing forms of work with them, but at the same time do not abandon museum elements. Exhibits are still central to the museum. Butawareness of them is presented in a more accessible form. This is facilitated by the use of video technologies, the Internet, 3D copies. Museums are becoming not only more “open” to ordinary visitors, but also accessible to people with disabilities. The popularity of museums as cultural institutions is growing, which is confirmed by the results of sociological research. Ifthe attendance grows, then the level of culture of Russian citizens also changes.
