Forms of research potential fulfillment in a private higher educational institution: content and methodology aspects

The article discusses the forms of research potential fulfillment in a private university and the methodology of its assessment. The author provides an example of approbation of the original evaluation methodology applied by a Moscow private university. The paper notes the limited character of assessment of the results alone without linking them with the complex description of the initial conditions of scientific resources formation that is a subject for a special study.
