This paper contains material from the complex of archaeological sites of the initial stage of the Upper Paleolithic of Siberia, showing various forms of symbolic activity. In general, the artifacts demonstrate the presence of technologically advanced and typological relations of the oldest complex subjects with an established system of manufacturing and processing, expressed in a series of stylistically matured products. Siberian materials appear correctly in the staidly and territorial context, and in the contemporary debate about the complex behavior suggest its formation in North Asia, at least in Europe.
