Forms of ownership as a problem of reform property rights and corporate property rights

In the Russian civil science, law enforcement and judicial practice, the issues of competition of legal norms on forms of ownership, enshrined in the Constitution and in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, are quite acutely discussed. In addition to the classification of types and forms of property rights in civil legislation, it is necessary to reflect the position of a number of scientists on the problems of forms of ownership and forms of property rights. The study of the system of forms of property rights by legal science and the legislator is a task that needs to be solved when reforming property law in general and corporate property law in particular. For the optimal solution of this problem, it is advisable to combine the potential of representatives of economic and legal science.
