Forms, conditions and procedure for the support and development of small and medium-sized businesses by local self-government bodies

The article reviews the regulatory legal framework for the functioning of the infrastructure to support small and medium-sized businesses at the municipal level. Using the example of the implementation of the municipal program of support for small and medium-sized businesses, the list of services provided to this business group by organizations subordinate to local self-government bodies is analyzed.
