Educational work forms in the higher education institution

The current state of Russian society and the processes that are taking place in all spheres of life in Russia allow us to take a fresh look at the problems of legal education and the intellectual development of the individual as a whole. Currently, higher education faces complex and urgent tasks related to the formation of a developed personality. Education should not be limited solely to the transfer of knowledge and its accumulation in the student; it should prepare for the surrounding social and cultural environment, as well as develop the foundations of legal awareness, legal culture and legal thinking. Educational organizations should be considered an educational system in which optimal conditions for personal development are created, where progressive and popular legal technologies are introduced in the field of vocational training. In this regard, a graduate of an educational organization of higher education must have not only skills and knowledge in the relevant professional field, but also moral, cultural, managerial, and research qualities. The authors rely on relevant examples of the activities of the faculty and student community of the Law Institute of the Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University; establish the most popular areas and forms of educational work. The article mass, group and individual forms of educational work are indicated, relevant examples from the practice of educational and career guidance activities of the institute are given.
