Force majeure clause and regulations of substantive change of circumstance

The author of the article analyzes some ways to acquittal from treaty recognizance or to change this recognizance because of substantive change of circumstance. In particular, the author analyzes force majeure clause, irresistible force and regulations of substantive change of circumstance. The author of the article introduce the example of some judicial practice for these problems. Moreover there is comparative analysis of legal regulation on these issues in Russia and foreign countries (in the US and Ukraine).
