Cultural semantics of Russian 1995/1997 specimen banknotes is analyzed from the view-point of semiotics and the conception of culture fractality. The study reveals axiological cultural constants which are considered as fractal patterns of the conceptual fractal of post-Soviet Russian culture. It proves that the chronotopos constructed in the sign system of Russian banknotes has a non-linear fractal character.
