Бесплатный доступ

Currently, the business model "franchising" is actively spreading in Russia. Franchising is a special business model that provides an opportunity for a company (franchisor) to expand its network by using independent entrepreneurs (franchisees) to open and run businesses under a well-known brand. Project management in the context of franchising includes planning, implementation and control of processes related to the creation and development of a franchise network. The development of the franchiser's network occurs through scaling and standardization of production business processes. In connection with the above, the author of this article attempted a scientific analysis and critical understanding of the theory of scaling and standardization of business processes of franchise business models as an object of project management.
