Phraseological activity of the verb "to do" and its prefixed derivatives in teaching Russian as a foreign language

Phraseological units play a significant role in the Russian language, reflecting national identity and cultural traditions. For foreign students, their study contributes to the development of cultural and communicative competences. This article explores the phraseological activity of the verb "делать" (to do/make) and its prefixed derivatives. An analysis of the main thematic groups and semantic features of these phraseological units is conducted, and selection criteria for teaching foreign students are proposed. Methodological recommendations tailored for a Chinese audience are discussed, including principles of bilingual comparison and consideration of cultural specifics. The proposed approach aims to improve the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language.
