Frontier modernization in the history of Russia

This article attempts to conceptualize the frontier modernization of (modernization in the conditions of unfinished development) in relation to the history of Russia, which is generally promoted greater complexity of mechanisms of development of the country, underscoring its civilizational and cultural identity.
