Functions of business accelerators in the Russian venture market

The article deals with the structure of the business accelerators' activities, their goals and objectives. The author analyses how to encourage investors to provide financial services to venture capital projects. The functions of business accelerators are classified and described. It is concluded that business accelerators play positive role in the development of innovative activities in the context of innovative economy formation in Russia.
