Functions of state and municipal finance

This article examines the implementation of the functions of state and municipal finance, which are the determining link in the directions of the state's economic policy. The effectiveness of their use affects the standard of living, therefore, their study, as well as the study of the main instruments of financial policy, allow the use of state resources more efficiently. The types of financial policy of the state and their features were considered. Based on the results of the study, the authors come to the conclusion that state and municipal finances are decisive in the direction of economic growth.
