Procecutor’s functions in specific procedure in court

The authors carry out a research in the prosecutor’s criminal process functions in specific procedure in court set by the Chapter 40 of the Criminal process code of the Russian Federation, compare them with prosecutor’s functions in ordinary procedure. The authors give their own classification of the prosecutor’s functions in court and conclude that support of public prosecution is not the single function in court. Public prosecution as a function can be present only in ordinary procedure.
