The Green's function for one problem of the kinematic X-ray diffraction

Бесплатный доступ

A method is proposed for calculating the kinematic diffraction of x-rays on a crystal plate, on which a plane wave falls, modulated by the amplitude of a given function. The method is based on the use of Green’s function, found for this problem. It is shown that this method makes it possible to efficiently calculate the field of the passing and diffracted waves inside the crystal cross-section. The use of the method is demonstrated on a number of model problems, in particular, the following calculation of diffraction for crystal-incident radiation in the form of a plane wave modulated by the function N pulses. Previously, such problems were solved by decomposition of the desired function into the Fourier integral.
