The function of the court in the exercise of powers to apply criminal procedural coercion

The article deals with criminal procedural coercion from the perspective of investigation and judicial review of criminal cases. The specifics of criminal procedural coercion are revealed on the basis of the analysis of state coercion, which expresses the will of the state. The article considers the issue of the powers of the court when granting permission to carry out some of the coercive measures based on the classification of criminal procedural coercion as an independent type of state legal coercion: measures of criminal procedural responsibility; law-restoring measures (protective measures); measures of criminal procedural coercion; measures to ensure the detection, seizure and investigation of evidence.
